T. C. Van Eaton's Real Estate Office - 1917

If you wanted to buy a piece of Eatonville in 1917, it was T. C. Van Eaton that you talked to. He homesteaded the timberlands in 1889, which later became the townsite.

His real estate office was on Mashell Ave., along side the theater.
