The Tall Timber wasn’t always a restaurant. It started as a garage. Here are some shots from 1915 of Nate Williams and crew — including his brother Ed and Bill Oxley — building the structure.

All the years I lived at Clearlake, and in Eatonville, It was always Babe’s…
I’ll have to see what’s around. My family still call’s it Babes. Not sure when Babe bought it. But let me check.
