Matt Kjelstad “Morning milking,” says Martin Burwash. “While I hung machines on cows on one end of the barn, my grandpa would grab a three-legged stool and hand milk this old girl. It took forever to milk her out with the machine, but Grandpa [Matt Kjelstad] could get 3+ gallons out of her in under 5 minutes.”
