
If you wanted to buy a piece of Eatonville in 1917, it was T. C. Van Eaton that you talked to. He homesteaded the timberlands in 1889, which later became the townsite.
His real estate office was on Mashell Ave., along side the theater.

If anyone’s interested, the Eatonville Theater building next to T.C.’s office is for rent. If interested call 253-370-3675 Some things never change.
